TODO: Application / Wallet: Import Token

The user should be able to import a NEP-5 token using it scripthash. This issue includes only read-only operations. Expected result: If the user performs a import token , all his accounts will show their balances when displaying the wallet.

Also - Should we store the user tokens in the wallet file or use the local storage?
