I'm having trouble reproducing this on my localhost testnet. See the screenshot below. It is still a bug on neoscan-testnet.io.

My chain isn't fully synchronized though. I will report back once it is.

Development - I've been taking successive screenshots under the assumption that at some point a calculation would go awry. Check this out:

ICYMI, the screenshot from the last comment shows 1,672 gas balance. This screenshot shows 1.9?!?!

So this doesn't nail it down, but leaves good reason to believe it is a problem in how this block balance or block is being calculated. I'm curious why we haven't seen it elsewhere. I'm a little fuzzy on it as it's been a while and I only noticed in passing, but I was thinking I saw something about a problem similar to this on another tool a while back.
