Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Ticket can be opened into a channel or a thread, best with no expiry. Visibility between the user and a designated role
  2. Support staff may add additional members to the ticket via a command, or remove them.
  3. Ticket may be closed by the support staff or a member
  4. (optional) A command that will generate a full transcript of the ticket, exported to either a .txt or a formatted .HTML file before closing, via .transcript command for example, and are restricted for use in tickets, so it doesn't transcript a historic general chat and kill the bot.
  5. Once tickets are closed, they are archived, with the option to perma delete, or timed deletion
  6. Archived (non deleted) tickets may be reopened.
