Describe the solution you'd like
- Ticket can be opened into a channel or a thread, best with no expiry. Visibility between the user and a designated role
- Support staff may add additional members to the ticket via a command, or remove them.
- Ticket may be closed by the support staff or a member
- (optional) A command that will generate a full transcript of the ticket, exported to either a .txt or a formatted .HTML file before closing, via .transcript command for example, and are restricted for use in tickets, so it doesn't transcript a historic general chat and kill the bot.
- Once tickets are closed, they are archived, with the option to perma delete, or timed deletion
- Archived (non deleted) tickets may be reopened.
