Messages through bot

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some people for some strange reasons like to talk to the bot. I wanna receive those messages via the bot and be able to reply to them.

Describe the solution you'd like Any messages that the bot receives, are forwarded to the owner of the bot, or a designated user. Individuals or whitelisted users may also initiate messages via the bot with a prefix such as !dm message
