Ban Sync

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Admins of multiple servers under the same organisation can sync bans between several servers of their choosing at a time.

Describe the solution you'd like .bansync command, which comes up with a list of servers one can choose from. If multiple are chosen, the ban list will sync between all those servers until all x servers have the same ban list.
