Compatibility with TM:PE

Since the announcement CSM has added an api for other modders, I've crated a feature request at TM:PE's github page for compatibility with CSM.

They stated that CSM breaks things (throws in exceptions). On which I think they will add better compatibility for CSM when certain things are fixed. Request on their end with reply: https://github.com/CitiesSkylinesMods/TMPE/issues/1654

It would be awesome to see if CSM and TM:PE would work better together, these are my favo mods after all <3

We should take a look at that exception. I haven't seen anything reported on our end of things?
