Chat scroll bar is behaving incorrectly

Description

The chat scroll bar doesn't behave correctly. Messages are partially invisible at the bottom. When closing and reopening the chat, chat messages are moved down and are partially invisible.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Write messages to the chat (e.g. type /help)
2. Hide the chat
3. Show the chat
4. See messages are moved down and partially invisible

It has been fixed yeah. It's going through the chirper now. Then again, it's also a fairly old issue already.
