Add mod support to the compatibility panel

Hey everyone! I built a Addon mod that syncs Traffic Manager: President Edition (TM:PE) across Cities: Skylines Multiplayer (CSM) — without any code changes in either TM:PE or CSM! 🎉

It works with the latest build releases, and it’s currently in beta, so feel free to give it a try and let me know how it goes.
