Add ipv6 support to testbed creator

When importing an excel/csv file to testbed it will split on the first instance of a colon meaning that ipv6 cannot be used.

Changed to only consider the last colon in an address, ipv6 addresses must follow RFC 6874 when being entered into the source spreadsheet
