Update the workflow files

Please update the:

• https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/ansible-meraki/blob/master/.github/workflows/ansible-test.yml
• https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/ansible-meraki/blob/master/.github/workflows/changelog.yml

due to that workflow files use a old uses example: https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/ansible-meraki/blob/master/.github/workflows/changelog.yml#L16.
