[feature request] Publish clamav container image to AWS Public ECR registry

AWS has always been a popular choice for many users out there. Many companies have strict requirements with security that prohibits the application reaching out to the Internet to retrieve public container images. In fact it's quite common to see companies doing public images mirroring on private container registry.

I am wondering if your project could publish the container image to AWS Public ECR registry in addition to the DockerHub registry.
