fix spinner during timewarp + etc

timewarping at too fast times will break spinner and make it go slow, please fix.

now for the next one idk but it is a problem for me so idk if you're able to solve it, it says TD when i go too fast, now im sure this isnt a bug but more of a scanning by osu. so yeah. the first one is the priority.

oh and, there could be a system for relax, like percent chance for 100, 50, miss, etc.
