Improve web support and solve bugs

Describe the bug Flutter web support for the app using generic flutter logos and page titles. Also setting up CI rules for web target needs to be done.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the web version of the flutter app.
2. Test for improvements that can be made. (Example: Responsiveness).
