[Dark Mode UI Issue] Inactive Tab Text Lacks Contrast and is Difficult to Read

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the profile in dark mode.

2. Click on any inactive tab (e.g., "Circuits").

3. Observe that the text on the inactive tab is difficult to read.

Expected behavior The inactive tab's text should have sufficient contrast against the background for better readability in dark mode.
