🐞 Bug: TabsBar Toggle Button Not Working

Describe the bug

The TabsBar toggle button (chevron up/down) stops responding to clicks after performing a drag and drop operation to reorder circuits. The button appears visually but clicking it doesn't collapse or expand the tabs container. The showMaxHeight state seems to get stuck and doesn't update properly.

Steps to Reproduce

1)Open the Vue Circuit Simulator

2)Click on the dropdown toggle button (chevron icon) in the TabsBar

3)See test dropdown behavior
