Add Character Limit to Project Name Input Field
Fixes 4852
Describe the changes you have made in this PR -
This PR resolves the issue where the project name input field allowed unlimited characters, which could lead to UI overflow and inconsistency.
Justification for the 60-character Limit
The 60-character limit was chosen based on the longest expected technical or descriptive project name, such as: "Voltage-Controlled Voltage Source Using Operational Amplifiers" This example demonstrates that 60 characters are sufficient for even highly specialized project names
Screenshots of the changes (If any) -
Before Fix The project name input field allowed unlimited characters, which could cause UI issues or unexpected behavior.
After Fix The project name input field now accepts a maximum of 60 characters.

Summary by CodeRabbit
- New Features
- Added a character limit of 60 to the project name input field to improve data entry.
Walkthrough
A maxlength attribute with a value of 60 was added to the <input> element in the project name field inside the project property component. This change restricts the number of characters a user can enter for a project's name. No adjustments to the control flow, logic, or public declarations were made.

Poem
Hopping through the lines of code,
I found a change that's simply owed.
With sixty characters set in place,
My little paws now keep the pace.
Carrots and code, we race in grace! 🥕
