feat: notify user when added as a collaborator in the project

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When the user is added as a collaborator, the notification should trigger to the user's notification page.

• Message: You have been added as a collaborator in <Project Name> by <Project Author>
• Notification Redirection: project

Additional context Add rspec tests as well.

Understand the main codebase from: https://github.com/CircuitVerse/CircuitVerse The Local Setup Guide: https://github.com/CircuitVerse/CircuitVerse/blob/master/SETUP.md You can go through the other repositories by CircuitVerse as well and find the Issues with Good First Issues Label. If that issue is not being worked upon by anyone, you can comment on it stating that you're working, and can raise a PR when done with the changes. Happy coding !! :tada:
