Improve notifications page

Notifications page need a UI revamp to align with the rest of the Circuitverse pages.

• Fix title and headers
• Remove big browser notifications test button
• Other ux improvements

If someone is currently not working on this issue can I work on it, please? There is an open notification button which on click does nothing currently as the contents of the notification are already visible by default. It seems to me that it was made so that the notification content would be visible once it is clicked but I think that the open notification option is not needed. Even without it the notifications are looking pretty minimalistic and are visible directly. So, I suggest removing the open notification option. Moreover, currently, the profile picture of the user is not visible in the notifications, so I can help fix that too.

I have few suggestions regarding the webpage.

Providing some popups, whenever enabling or disabling of the notifications button.

We can add a functionality of sharing the notifications to other members or friends through just providing emails in a popup box.

We can even have a notification like message box, so that user can directly convey any inconvenience or bug on the site to the authorities, from just the notifications page, rather than finding an email or such page to contact the team.

Showing each of the notifications received by the user in card or box or rows like format on the webpage, whenever the user login . As to provide easy accessibility to the notifications without the inconvenience of finding the notifications on their mails each time.

And whenever the user clicks on the notification, instead of opening the complete description on the new page, we can create a dropdown on each notification on the same page....something like /\ and / arrows on each notifications.

Also as unread notifications are building up on the user's profile, will provide a dot or something like that on the tab....As of what we get on slack or WhatsApp when some notifications of ours are left to be read. And as soon as we read the messages that dot or the number disappears.

So, these are few of my suggestions for the page.

I would love to work on the frontend part of all the stuffs.
