volt is reading 0.001000

hi I have a problem with it reading only 0.01000v on the phases this applies to 3 phase 240V. I do not have a neutral leader. I use these transformers. https://www.elfadistrelec.no/no/stromforsyning-for-din-skinne-12v-25a-15w-justerbar-mean-well-hdr-15-12/p/30134155 have 3 pieces of them. they are connected A-B C-A B-C but still gets only no reading on volts. I have used the Alternately method by removing two rear pins that the ESP is not connected to. Does anyone have any suggestions for a solution to this? image

Hello!

The HDR-15-12 is actually an AC to DC adapter. You would want an AC transformer that converts from 220V AC to 12V AC
