Follow instructions to install and self host bot. Change host and login info to point to remote PGSQL database. PGSQL Version: PostgreSQL version 9.2.24 (With schemas) Python Version: 3.7 Received 'asyncpg.exceptions.PostgresSyntaxError'> syntax error at or near "NOT" Error.

@GmodCentral This isn't the first time I've seen this error, but I was never able to reproduce/fix it. In any case, this repo is no longer maintained (and will probably be archived soon). I suggest self-hosting TrigonDev/Starboard instead.
