README.md: update mentioned version to 1.1.0

Hello, dear maintainers,

The version that mentioned the examples in README.md is quite obsolete.

For example, I just used it as is and immediately ran into an issue, described in https://github.com/CircleCI-Public/trigger-circleci-pipeline-action/issues/13

This change is aimed at fixing this problem!
