Is it possible to include PHP 7.1.1 in the next enterprise builder image? I am currently doing a custom build for it, but it would be nice to have it...

We updated our build image to neo4j 3.0.4. `ant` install depends on Java 1.7 which is causing our build to error. https://github.com/circleci/image-builder/blob/master/circleci-provision-scripts/java.sh#L44

Gemsets seem to cause problems in the new Trusty image
