[BUG] Seems like indexing not working

Description

I'm using Hugging face. Enabled opeanAi for embeddings and chat. Upload result is always empty. File not appearing in files list.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'files'
2. Upload file
2. Click on 'upload and index'
3. See that nothing is happening
