[FEATURE] Add an external API and ways to manage it

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Need a way to add external API, roles, and access with key and token

Describe the solution you'd like

• Have a way to call externally the OpenRMF OSS for some below feature
• manage it w/o passing user/pwd if possible
• generate tokens for user to use, with expiration dates
