[FEATURE] Allow unique checklists based on system package, hostname, checklist type, web or database, site, instance combination
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The web or database (true / false) as well as the site and instance needs to be unique for a checklist. Otherwise uploading multiple checklists for an application, database, IIS, etc. will overwrite a checklist entry even though it is a separate checklist for that site or instance.

Additional context This is really only for those using Evaluate-STIG or other scanners that will fill in the web or database, site, and instance. DISA SCAP puts all results into a single checklist and puts extra data in. Not the details/comments.
