NuGet warning NU1603 about Newtonsoft.Json dependency

Hey there, hope you're doing well.

We have a project which is using the latest Newtonsoft.Json 12.0.1 and running a project using ChoETL.JSON yields the following warning:

warning NU1603: ChoETL.JSON 1.2.1.48 depends on Newtonsoft.Json (>= 12.0.0) but Newtonsoft.Json 12.0.0 was not found. An approximate best match of Newtonsoft.Json 12.0.1 was resolved.

It's a bit of a strange warning since the specification is a version >= 12.0.0 which 12.0.1 is. This issue https://github.com/cloudinary/CloudinaryDotNet/issues/197 appears to be similar and is resolved by updating the nuspec file.
