Enigma2 no audio

I'm trying to stream from my enigma2 (vu+) satellite receiver. I'm getting video, but no audio. Any ideas? The abc stream is working.

i'm have a vu+ solo 2 and have same problem. i'm think the problem is because audio aac not supported for plex.

+1 same here, plex says "TON Unbekannt (AAC)" (in english something like "Sound: Unknown (AAC)")
