M3U file does not load

I'm running plex version 1.15.6.1079 and i have a m3u with a iptv channels but i receive this error

do you have performed some changes to fix this issue ?

I'd need a sample M3U file to test it, however as Plex has killed plug-ins altogether there is nothing I can do for you.
