Only able to playback a single 15 seconds segment

When trying with any playlist file, I am able to view my channels just ok on Plex web app itself. However I am having two issues; the videos keep pausing after 15 seconds with the following in logs.. May 06, 2018 20:09:10.103 [4516] DEBUG - Asked for segment 2 from session. May 06, 2018 20:09:10.103 [4516] WARN - Transcode runner appears to have died. May 06, 2018 20:09:10.204 [4516] WARN - Timed out waiting for segment.

Also when trying to play any channel on PS4 Plex app, I am getting this error: Unable to play back media, "undefined". Even the error message and code is not googable. Eventually, I tried the IOS app (no pass, I just knew about plex an hour go!), and even though they say playback is restricted to a minute, I am getting their purchase media, should click "not now" to at least view a few seconds of my channel but nothing.

So with every platform I am not able to get this working except for the web app, I am able to play a few seconds. This is installed on Windows 10 VPS server with just plex server and the IPTV bundle.

Happens for me too but normally about 30s. I noticed in VLC the same thing happens, but because in VLC I have it set to repeat track, it just reloads the stream and keeps playing appearing as a minor hiccup.

Think it needs to be set to automatically reload the stream if it cuts out. Not sure if it's possible. Only thing letting this plugin down.

Playback controls should be handled by player, not by server, so Plex developers are the ones who need to implement a loop/repeat button as requested by many users.
