PMS transcoding streams

i have direct play, direct stream on. auto convert off in iptv bundle settings i disable and enabled Optimized for streaming but every time i play a stream outside of web browser, PMS transcode the stream. killing the performance and causing the stream to drop

Which protocol do you use? http, hls, rtmp, etc.?

I'm having the exact same issue for an http stream. It's transcoding irrespective to the settings.
