Playback issue on PS4 and Samsung TV

Hey!

i just heard about this plug-in so i installed plex on ps4 made a server on my pc and everything was ready

tried to add a working playlist

it worked but the only problem is, that i hear audio only with blackscreen!

i disabled Direct Play and Direct Stream because before doing that i just was getting a blackscreen then the app crashes!

any suggestions?

Does it work using Plex Media Player for Windows?

I'm getting this same issue when running this plug-in on a Samsung TV. However, with Direct Play and Direct Stream enabled I get audio with a black screen. With both disabled I don't get audio and the player crashes with a message about the transcoder failing.

On Plex Media Player for Windows I get both audio and video with DP and DS enabled.

For ps4 it works but disable the first option in settings video : disable direct and the other option stream enable.

I've changed the settings as you said, but still doesn't work for me. My samsung is a bit old. Plex with iptv in computer or other device works fine.
