[Feature]: Dim items that cannot be deposited when Guild Bank open

Describe the feature

Would like for items in bags that cannot be deposited in to Guild Bank to dim when Guild Bank is open. Currently I manually search the following to get a similar effect: binding = no or boe

Note: Similar request already opened for AH window

Dim items similar to how the Warbank functions when opened
