安卓端不能上传文件啊？

开启了服务器，eclipse网页上传是成功的。但是安卓端上传是无效的，手机和服务器用的是同一个wifi，并且安卓端的url也改为了本机ip

很奇怪，我上周五测试的时候不能传输。没改代码今天却能传输了。谢谢作者的分享
