Can Teaser be used to bench-marking RNA aligners?

Hi Kapeel,

We are currently extending Teaser in that direction. We expect a public version for RNA-Seq to be usable by end of this year.

Hi, Yes we have a prototype. We are currently running multiple tests to see how it performs. If everything checks out we could put it online in the next 1-2 months. Cheers Fritz
