Bug: Can't make kiosk assignment in KioskManager.php
Description
A clear and concise description of what the reported bug is:
- ChurchCRM version: 5.5.0
- PHP version the server running: PHP 8.1.23
- DB Server and Version the server is running: 10.6.16-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.22.04.1
Steps To Reproduce
- Make an active and ongoing event in EventEditor.php and confirm in ListEvents.php (see screenshot below)
- Complete a kiosk registration
- Try to make assignment to kiosk but the only option is "none". (see screenshot below)
Expected behavior
The assignment list should have options for active events.

- OS and Version: Windows 11
- Browser (and Version): Firefox 122.0
This issue is stale because it has been open 30 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 5 days.
Have there been any thoughts on how to address this issue yet?
I tried to look at it once -- but I'm not familiar at all with the Kiosk operation, and needed more information to see how it was normally being used, and what the issue might be. Feel free to DM me if anyone can help provide that info. (On ChurchCRM chat in gitter/element)

I installed the newest version to see if it had been fixed and found that it has not yet been fixed. A new issue has also appeared on the list of registered kiosks. It now shows an invalid date on the date that the kiosk was registered, even after registering a new kiosk device.
