Is there a way to have a docker container updated? I saw that someone updated the docker instructions to create a docker, but this is still missing a container. Would that be something that could be added? Having a docker to deploy churchCRM would be the way to go.
Please and thank you :) If you have the ChurchCRM software running, please file an issue using the Report an issue in the help menu.
On what page in the application did you find this issue?
On what type of server is this running? Dedicated / Shared hosting? Linux / Windows?
What browser (and version) are you running?
What version of PHP is the server running?
What version of SQL Server are you running?
What version of ChurchCRM are you running?
I submitted a pull request a few days ago around docker but that was mainly for development purposes. What container is missing?
Hi and thank you for your response,
I was talking about having a docker container available in DockHub for people to run ChurchCRM by just deploying the container without having to compile anything.
Ah, right. I was thinking of doing that (the building part). The core team member will have to push that to the hub though.
Please. I have been wanting to run ChurchCRM but I don't have an environment to do so. But most churches have a NAS in their intranet and nowadays most NAS have an easy way to deploy docker containers. It would be SUPER helpful.
@jibaomansaray any help would be great.
Hello everyone
@tuxtlequino, have you already solved your issue? If not, I'm thinking about this problem and to make a Docker image and docker-compose stack to simplify deploy on production and get ready to start.
@DawoudIO If I open a PR to add Docker image, is it possible to update them (via Github Actions or something else) to the official Docker Hub?
@carvalholeo I didn't get around to implementing a deployable docker image. If you want to do it, please go for it. I am happy to chip in as well.
