Group property editor

I cant see the "enable group specific property" so that I may toggle. Please direct me on how to have it displayed when am entering group specific properties Thanks

I'm pretty sure group specific properties are (have been) broken for a little while. In fact, I think it was I who broke them (unintentionally), and it's been "back burner"
