Process Queue idea
I have used CCB which is a commercial Church CRM. One of the features we used a tone was their process cues. The idea was that you would create a process and then you could move people through the process. At each stage you could assign an administrator to take care of the process or you could automated a mail merge email to send out.
The idea is kind of like a trouble ticket system or a basecamp process.
We used this in multiple ways: to track a discipleship process. to track hospital visitation to track bereavement follow up process to track series planning (with upload of files)
There are many uses that it could be used for. :)
:+1: I definitely would like to see this implemented. Part of our reason for getting a CRM is to help the pastors and leaders to keep better track of new members and connect them. Processes would go a long way to helping this.
