是的，出于对数据的保护，很多数据集只有参赛者有权限下载。建议尝试联系发布开源方案的作者索要数据集。

Unfortunately, due to the privacy, only participant can download the dataset for few competitions. I would recommend you to ask the dataset from those open resource solution publishers. Thanks.
