Support for translation in other files .in

For example in the file btrfs-subvol-functions.in available in only one language and that is English, why not make support for other languages that the translation was more complete?

The code in that file is actually unused. I'm going to clean the code and repo some day.

When using BTRFS he asked in English whether to create a subvolume

Well, it should be fixed and is easy to do, but I’m a bit busy at the moment. I'll be happy to merge pull requests to fix it and will eventually get around to fixing it myself, but it might take a good while.
