game lagging after the update

like in the object, idk why but from the last update it seems to be more lag..i have tried some new feature like the "pause game" but it was worse,...

when i click the speedtest option, it opens a new tab then loads to the stadia homepage. doesn't do a speedtest. am i doing something wrong??
