Xbox acount not loading purchases

I'm confused, two statements with completely different meaning in one issue.

What do you mean by "Xbox account not loading purchases"? Do you mean the store is not loading at all? If so change the game version back to 1.16.201 or older and it will load, I'm not working on fixing the store.

First of all, you cannot even buy minecoins with this Launcher. I assume you bought them on a different device, then I hope you didn't lost your coins there is no way for me to restore them.
