Instead of not needing the receiver's approval, a setting can be made to require your approval for someone to send you cowoncy. It is something similiar to 'owo profile private' where you can decide whether to receive your approval or not. The same applied for the sender as you can toggle whether you want a confirmation or not. Default: receiver's permission required = false sender's permission required = true
