Fix help message at the top of huntbot

change from "owo upgrade {trait}" to "owo upgrade {trait} {count}", as it shows on "owohelp upgrade"

To add to the confusion the bot simply does not respond when {count} is omitted. I have checked and do not see an existing Issue so I will make one.
