Pausing audio on native tuner also pauses RDS feed

After implementing #4 to get my Si470x-based dongle to work on Linux, I also noticed that no further RDS blocks are received when audio is paused. When audio is resumed, RDS is resumed as well.

I haven’t dug any deeper, but I believe this is not what was intended.

Just noticed that RDS will resume when changing stations (with audio still paused).
