Add support for streaming file

If I use the app with RDS Spy and have RDS Spy record, the app stops at the point that the app was opened even if RDS Spy is still writing to the file. Would it be possible to implement a functionality similar to tail -f where it will keep decoding the groups that are added to the file after the file is opened?
