When setting up such a config file, one must not forget to also adapt the docker and heroku deployments.

The same is also true for the `Update Threats` button.

@matthewejones I am not sure whether this is the optimal solution. I mean, we added the ticks to indicate which user already passed. We are kind of giving this up...
