Add dynamic table option

I just stumbled upon your later version of this extension and saw that you had added the conditional show if field doesn't exist. This enabled me, with my limited knowledge, to add the dynamic table option I've longing for.

I spend hours upon hours manually creating tables and adding the correct conditional show formula. This is my solution to it.

I've added a checkbox for the function, and also a text input to allow the user to specify what field should be used in GetFieldSelections().
