Networking category updates

I've scaled back my PR, limiting it to the networking category. It's still a fairly large PR and will require some time to review but I cannot submit a hundred PRs so I am trying to maybe submit a dozen. My forked repository is well ahead of @ChristianLempa but since I was inspired originally by his work I want to continue to collaborate. Let me know if this is still too much, I hope not and most of the changes are simple additions to works in progress or new files.

I made a few more commits to this PR to sync some changes made upstream while I was preparing this PR. I also improved some table and block diagram formatting. I believe this PR now contains all changes and improvements made on both ends. The review may benefit from close scrutiny to make sure this PR does not inadvertently remove upstream improvements.

Thanks for your contribution!! Unfortunately, I needed to rewrite all cheat-sheets, and it doesn't fit within the current strategy.
