Ansible Docker installation apt-key

Thanks for all the vids and content! Helped me out loads so far!

I'm sure you were already aware, but apt-key module in Ansible is deprecated.

I've had a look for better "official" methods and whilst the Ansible team are working on it, I've done a slightly more complicated version which is a good workaround currently:

docker_install.yaml

Might be useful, might not be!
